My job is to help you understand how it works the most effectively and ways to tune it for the demands in your life. No two individuals will operate exactly the same way so none of my programs look alike. Together we can build on what already is working and develop the skills your mental game is missing.

Consultation Process:
The initial consultation is a free 15-minute call held via phone or Zoom. This conversation is designed to help us get to know each other, discuss your goals, and determine if we're a good fit to work together.
If we decide to move forward after those 15 minutes, we can either schedule a full one-hour session for a later date or continue immediately for the remaining 45 minutes at a discounted rate.
