Individual session

One session at a time with no commitment required.
This is where we start. In a single 60-minute session, we'll do an assessment of where your mental game currently stands; what's working, what's holding you back, and what skills would make the biggest difference for you right now. You'll leave with a clear picture of your mental performance and a concrete action plan to begin working on immediately.
These sessions are ideal if you're new to mental performance coaching and want to experience what it looks like before committing to a longer program, or if you're facing a specific challenge and want to see if coaching is the right tool for it.
It's a full working session where we accomplish something meaningful in the hour, and you walk away with something useful regardless of whether you continue.
Available to all client types: competitive athletes, coaches, business professionals, healthcare populations, and anyone looking to sharpen their mindset.
Sessions are available online via phone or Google Meet, or in-person in the Albuquerque area.
Foundation
Build the basics · 4 sessions

Build your mental foundation.
The Foundation package is where mental performance work starts. Over four weekly or bi-weekly sessions, we'll establish a clear picture of where you are mentally, identify the areas that are holding you back the most, and begin building the skills that will make a measurable difference.
This package is ideal if you're new to mental skills coaching, curious about what it looks like in practice, or want to build a base before committing to a longer program. It's also a strong option for parents looking to get a young athlete started on the right foot.
What's included:

- Mental skills needs assessment in session one where we map what your strengths are and where the gaps are
- Introduction and development of 2 to 3 core skills tailored to your situation (such as breathing, self-talk, visualization, or focus routines)
- Written session recap notes after each session so you always know what we covered and what to practice
- Online or in-person in Albuquerque
By the end of four sessions, you will understand how your mental game currently works, have a small set of skills you're actively practicing, and have a clear direction for continued development.
Performance

Train your mind like you train your body.
The Performance package is the most popular option for a reason: it gives us enough time to actually build something. Eight sessions over two to three months means we can go deeper than a quick introduction, track real progress, and make sure the skills stick.
Mental performance training works like physical training. It takes consistent repetition over time. This package is built around that reality. We'll develop a personalized mental skills plan from session one, work through it together across eight sessions, and adjust based on how you're progressing.
What's included:

- Work across a full range of mental performance skills: visualization, breathing, attention management, performance routines, self-talk, confidence, adversity response, goal-setting, focus, leadership, and more

Elite

A complete mental performance program.
The Elite package is for athletes, professionals, and leaders who are ready to commit fully to their mental development. Twelve sessions over four to five months gives us the time to cover every dimension of your mental game, build routines you can rely on under pressure, and make sure the work translates directly into real performance.
At this level, we go comprehensive. We'll work through your mental skills profile top to bottom, address confidence and mindset at a deeper level, and make sure you're equipped to handle whatever your season, competition, or professional environment throws at you.
What's included:
- 12 one-hour sessions, held weekly or biweekly across four to five months
- Everything in the Performance package: mental skills plan, email check-ins, session recaps, and progress tracking
- Pre- and post-competition support: During competition weeks, an email or call to prepare mentally for what's ahead and debrief afterward
Twelve sessions is enough time to see a real before-and-after in how you think, respond, and compete.
Champion
Maximum access · 15 sessions
$100 per session · 5–6 months

The highest level of access and commitment.
The Champion package is the most complete mental performance program I offer. It's built for people who are fully committed to transforming their mental game and want the highest level of coaching access available.
Fifteen sessions across five to six months gives us a comprehensive runway and enough time to build skills from the ground up, stress-test them in real competition or high-pressure situations, and refine them based on real experience. But what makes this package different is what happens between sessions.
Champion clients have direct text access between appointments. When you're about to compete, when something unexpected comes up, when you want a quick reminder of a technique we've worked on, or when you need to debrief what happened, you can reach out. That level of support can lead many individuals to become exceptional.
What's included:
- 15 one-hour sessions, held weekly or biweekly across five to six months
- Everything in the Elite package: full mental skills program, email check-ins, session recaps, progress tracking, priority scheduling, and pre/post competition support
- Direct text access between sessions for quick questions, mental prep reminders, or post-performance debrief messages
- Game-day mental prep calls: short focused calls (5–15 min) before big competitions to get you in the right headspace
This is the full mental performance partnership and the highest level of access, the longest runway, and the deepest work.
For payment plans: If we discuss a package on our initial call and you need a payment plan, I can accept 2-3 pay installments on Performance, Elite, and Champion packages. Installments will be made through Venmo to me with 1 initial payment and follow up installment halfway through your package sessions.
